  • What is the construction schedule?

    Panorama Znojmo is being developed in 10 carefully planned phases. Each new phase builds seamlessly on the previous one, bringing additional services and community amenities to the neighborhood.

  • What will the apartment look like when it's handed over?
    We will hand over the apartment to you fully finished to a high standard, ready to move in. All you need to do is choose a kitchen and furniture to suit your taste. The standard includes:
    • high-quality vinyl flooring (LVT) and elegant interior doors,
    • a fully equipped bathroom with fixtures from Laufen, Kaldewei, and Hansgrohe,
    • underfloor heating and Somfy electric exterior blinds for your maximum comfort,
    • preparation for a smart home system
  • Can clients make changes?

    Yes, customizations are possible. Through our contractual partners, you can customize your flooring, wall tiles, or even door designs. These modifications follow a strict schedule and must be requested by specific deadlines during construction.

  • What is the energy performance of buildings?

    All homes meet energy efficiency class B (highly energy-efficient). Combined with modern technologies and underfloor heating, this ensures highly efficient and economical operation of your home.

  • What is the availability of public transportation?

    Transportation access will be excellent. The project will grow into a full-fledged neighborhood that plans to include its own public transportation stops. However, you’ll be able to take care of most things on foot—a preschool, elementary school, senior living facility, supermarket, cafes, and a parking garage will be built right on the premises.

  • Can I choose my own bathroom wall and floor tiles?

    Absolutely, you have plenty of options. You can choose different sizes, types of ceramic tiles, grout colors, and even the laying pattern (diagonal, herringbone, or mosaic). You can also enhance your tile design with decorative elements such as border strips or decorative tiles.

  • Do you install mirrors or bathroom accessories?

    We provide a full range of services. As part of our customization services, we install small accessories (hooks, soap dishes) as well as larger items such as mirrors, shower screens, and cabinets.

  • Can I pay extra for a more secure front door?

    Yes, we offer the option of upgrading to a higher security class for the apartment's entry door. For an additional fee, you can also choose a different door finish for the interior side of the apartment.
